Health care
For a health care facility for people with a mental handicap, Drosthagen has defined the project structure and the project organization to come to an optimal structure for defining processes and the accompanying procedures. The different aspects among which clientele registration, medical care, effect analysis, medication, personal financing and financial administration were defined and for each one of them Drosthagen fulfilled a coordinating, coaching and directive function so as to reach a complete description of all processes, procedures, technical arrangement and implementation and the actual use of it.

Local governments
One of the largest local governments in the Netherlands has asked Drosthagen to fulfill the role of process coordinator. In this role Drosthagen was involved and responsible for the modeling and administration of work processes. Drosthagen was involved with the redefinition of workflow processes that had to be adapted to the current rules within the frame of implementing net ICT-means and modules. For fitting this workflow up an inventory was made of the “ist und soll” situation together with license- and management employees. Drosthagen specifically took care of defining work processes base on the ruling, the current working procedures and the input of recent or coming management changes.

Bank
The department Corporate Networking of an international bank, responsible for the worldwide engineering and management of the technical infrastructure, asked Drosthagen to investigate into the problems around document management and to improve this. The scope of the project was to create and validate the documents in a structured manner. For this all desires and demands were looked into and together with a development team a Document Management System was developed based on Lotus Notes. An interactive development method was used so that the development was divided into phases, in which phase for phase could be delivered and used so that acceptation within the organization went smoothly.

Internet provider
For one of the largest Dutch internet service providers Drosthagen has reviewed its processes and procedures and structurized them in such a way that the existing financial customer administration was improved and old problems were resolved. Drosthagen initially focused on the existing structures and by means of making minimal changes and manually correcting existing processes it was possible to reduce outstanding debtors to an acceptable level. During this short period of manual improvements an inventory was made of the possible improvements that could be implemented structurally.
