For an in the Netherlands established international supplier of satellite services, Drosthagen has, together with the standing organization, defined a policy to phase out the non-core activities and still offer the guarantee of continuity to its consumers. By means of a project organization, separated from the standing organization, a balance was defined between the consumers and the supplier contracts, so that an optimum result was achieved without diminishing the continuity of the current consumers. As a result of the defined policy specific sales efforts have been intensified, activities were consolidated and a subsidiary was closed.

Network services
For an internationally operating organization with subsidiaries in 55 countries, which is specialized in added value network services, Drosthagen as worked out a 3-year business plan, in which both the financial as well as the organizational consequences and the related marketing developments were addressed. As a result of this business plan the needed organizational changes have been made during the interim management period, such as reduction of organizational units and tuning the specific marketing activities.

Health care
For a health care facility for people with a mental handicap, Drosthagen has worked out a long-term business plan, with the aim to increase the quality of services. By means of the use of ICT-means structurized process and procedure improvements can be realized and efficiency and effectiveness within the organization can be optimized. Drosthagen has, as part of the business planning, supported this health care facility in choosing a software tool for which the necessary judicial and commercial support was offered during the negotiation period.
