For a local government department, Drosthagen supported the introduction of planning activities and working in projects. During this period Drosthagen trained the employees with the 'best practise' approaches as ITIL and PRINCE II. The support and training were entirely customized to the specific situation in the organization.
System integrator
As a subcontractor to a large system integrator, Drosthagen arranged application trainings on a project base. As part of a big miogration to the latest version of office software within two governmental departments, the system integrator outsourced the trainings and first-line helpdesk support to Drosthagen. Associated activities as planning, administration and setting up programs were delegated to Drosthagen as well.
Software producer
One of the major European CRM software producers has outsourced the entire training program of its software, amongst which user and application training, to Drosthagen. During this period Drosthagen arranged the entire coordination, planning and administration.
