Information technology has become a part of the modern society. The way in which information technology is applied within your organization and the actual use of the broad possibilities of this technology can be enforced by coaching, training and knowledge transfer. To be even more successful in managing your information technology projects, our consultants are available during or after your projects to support and/or train your employees in the area of project management, process management, ICT knowledge and knowledge of processes. It is our aim to provide this support and training at the most customized level in accordance with the situation. We will provide you with a solid mix of theoretical and practical information supported with templates and blueprints.
In the case of coaching and training project management, Drosthagen prefers to refer to the PRINCE II standards. In the area of processes Drosthagen prefers to refer to ITIL standards. Both methods are based on ‘best practise’ and can be adjusted to the situation in your project and/or organization.
Next to the transfer of knowledge in the area of project management we also offer you the possibility to improve application skills, either on an individual basis or in groups. This does not necessarily concern standard applications. Drosthagen is also capable of training your organization specific applications, including instructions and procedures that go with them.
Drosthagen has a broad scope of references in the area of coaching, training and knowledge transfer. More than once Drosthagen was responsible for realizing an uniform project approach within large organizations. Next to that Drosthagen also brought the employees’ knowledge on applications to a higher level and kept it there.
